  18. In the defense of the IEEE policy on selling standards, it's worth
  19. pointing out that the proceeds from such sales support the IEEE
  20. standards program.  In some respects, I don't mind the IEEE selling
  21. the standards, but I think they cost too much.

  23. Many of us in the POSIX 'business' were outraged by the price of
  24. $45.00 for the P1003.1 interpretations document.  This works out to
  25. more than $1.00 per page!
