  18. Marc E. Fiuczynski -- a IEEE-CS member to be.  I tend to agree with
  19. John Goble that the IEEE standards should be made publically available
  20. via the internet.

  22. It is interesting to find out that the membership has no say in how
  23. specific services are offered.  Helping people in `our' field
  24. understanding the various standards defined by IEEE will help the
  25. advancement of `our' field.  Isn't that what IEEE attempts to do?
