- Seriously, I own SIGs Eiffel/S and have used ISE's Eiffel 2.3
- quite a bit and pretty much agree with everything that Richie
- said regarding library design (i.e. Multiple iterators ARE needed,
- flat|short IS important, RISC IS better than CISC, etc...)

- My main reason for using Net Bandwidth is to ask ISE (or anyone
- else who knows) if the Basic libraries for ISE Eiffel 3 are the
- same (roughly) as ISE Eiffel 2.3 or are they radically different?
- (e.g. multiple iterators)
