  26. aberations, I'd say you have a formidable task. A quick persual found
  27. areas that have lists of time corrections that need to be applied.  It
  28. seems to me that one would need a "map-time" database whose look-up
  29. entries were the lattitude/longitude of the place in question and the
  30. date/time.
