  14. There are the ISCAS85 (combinational) and ISCAS89 (sequential) benchmarks. 
  15. They are described at gate level and each gate is characterized only by its 
  16. logic function (i.e. there is no delay parameter). The circuits are 
  17. available via anonymous ftp at mcnc.org.

  19. I don't know if there are functional benchmarks in the literature.
