  20. Our Alsys 386 DOS compiler has the same VCPI interface problem as Meridian,
  21. but they say their new 5.1 version is DPMI compliant. We hope to try it out
  22. soon. In our limited experience Alsys will successfully compile complicated
  23. record representation clauses that Meridian can't handle, but Meridian has
  24. a nicer editor and integrated environment. Both seem to be solid products.
