  14. There is of course NO energy in a DIGITIZED pulse since it is purely
  15. numeric.  Energy is only meaningful if you translate it back to the
  16. real world and assume a smooth curve drawn through the numbers,
  17. representing a given voltage in a given impedance for a given amount
  18. of time.
