  16. enough to supply.  Given the time frame and the definition of the
  17. market being covered, I find it very believable that Hayes has gained
  18. market share.  Now if the definition of "market" was limited to switched
  19. network at 9600 bps and faster, I would expect to see a very different
  20. picture.
