  12. I've got some problems trying to use MTEZ communication program to connect
  13. to a telebit T1600/T3000. I've got the 'CONNECT' message, the modem CD and
  14. EC lights wakes up, but that's all. It freezes.

  16. The modem is set to fallback from v32 -> v22bis, and V42 -> MNP5. Changing the
  17. configuration to not use v32 or v42 does not avail. And the program works fine
  18. with other MNP modems (we've tried ATI 2400, and Telebit's Trailblazer plus, 
  19. the last just MNP4 was possible). We also tried to connect without compression,
  20. setting MTE to try just MNP4, but all of this cames to nothing.
