  22. Whoa there!  The T2500 (well, *my* T2500) does not do V.42/V.42bis
  23. and does not have those registers.  I had problems with
  24. T3000/WB-->T2500 and on the basis of a rumored ROM upgrade called
  25. Telebit tech support.  They ignored my ROM upgrade question and simply
  26. said set S180=0 or 3 (no e/c or MNP-only).  [Which worked, by the
  27. way.]

  29. So... is there really an upgrade and should the T2500 to do V.42+bis?
