  11. We are having problems getting a 'SMART ONE traveler 9624FP' fax modem to
  12. operate.
  13. We have set it up for CCITT V.22 but it will not connect, we keep getting 
  14. error message 'No dialtone'. We have tried it at 300 and 2400 baud but no
  15. success. We have tried it on an external line as well as through the local
  16. exchange.
  17.     Can anyone help?
