  11. I am trying to set up a system for member of our staff who travel
  12. internationally to be able to dial back from O/S and exchange e-mail.
  13. In order to charge the costs back to the office, they will be using 
  14. telecom credit cards. To use this system from overseas, one needs to make
  15. operator assisted calls. How can this be done on a Hayes compatible modem
  16. using Mac software (Serial Eudora)?

  18. Any suggestion for modems which will work worldwide (well, in Japan,
  19. S/E Asia, America and Europe anyway) would also be welcome.
