  21. That date was first postponed to "the first week in August", then
  22. further delayed with one week, as Supra is adding a new feature to the
  23. ROM. Personally I rather wait one more week for a good ROM than get a
  24. buggy one earlier. The modem was released too early, but now Supra is
  25. making up for the mistake by not releasing the updates too fast.

  27. Your problems with high speed over Long Distance lines might well be
  28. the lines. If the line quality is poor, the modem can't use high
  29. speeds.
