  15.  recently picked up a Bytcom 24/12adh modem. It works but i get double
  16. characters for every keystroke (like echo is on). I have tried several
  17. software packages with the same result.. Unfortunately, I do not have a
  18. manual of tech support number for the company.  Does anyone know or have
  19. a llisting of software switch option applicable for this manf/model
  20. modem? At the least does anyone know how to contact the company who
  21. manf/supports this product?
