  14. My old modem for my PC finally went dead. I am thinking to replace it with a
  15. better one. I am considering an inexpensive (abound $200), fast (> 9600bps)
  16. internal modem. I found out the following stuffs:

  19. 2. PC Logic V32/Internal ($219.95 from Lyco)
  20. 3. ZOOM V32 with V42bis and MNP 5 ($219 from Microcomputer Concepts)
  21. 4. Infotel (from Midwest Micro)
  22. 5. Speedmodem (from Compucon)

  24. I have no idea about the products and those vendors. Could somebody who
  25. has experiences with them please give me some advice?
