- I think you are just a bit unfair, since my experiences with companies
- in the US is that tech support often sucks and BBS:es are often in bad
- shape or quite useless.

- We distribute D Fax' modems in Sweden and so far we have had no problems
- with them although our clients use them in all kinds of applications.
- One thing that we noticed with one modem that went stone-dead (I think
- e are not the first to have this experience) was that there were "cold-
- solderings". After heating'em up and letting them cool off, the modem
- worked perfect... So they being under pressure might show sometimes
- but generally I think they are doing OK.

- Though their tech support phone line is often busy, if you have access
- to a fax, you will receive your answer without too much waiting.
