  13. installing (ethernet-)lans:
  14.     netload with increase of users/hosts

  16.     netlaod depending on applications (databases, graphics, etc.)
  17.     technical/physical problems (size of lan, etc.)

  19. Any hint is highliy appreciated (a goof bookrecommendation would do it, too).
