  16. most likely to get a useful answer to a problem like this.  The
  17. question does not belong to comp.binaries.ibm.pc.archives.  This
  18. newsgroup is for FTP sites' MsDos & Windows PD & shareware upload
  19. announcements, problem reports about the sites and the programs on
  20. them, and occasional program reviews of the programs on the FTP
  21. sites.
