  16. had MANY needed enhancements, and 2.25 is EVEN BETTER! Frank really did a
  17. great job with the new version. The Menu Editor is POWERFUL stuff.

  22. Frank REALLY outdid himself on this one. 2.25 is still a dream to set up
  23. (can be done in 15 minutes) and is HIGHLY configurable. Kudos go to our
  24. fearless leader for giving Wildcat! 3.0 something to chew on (and hopefully
  25. choke!)

  30. Well, I just got the new version set up using the defaults, and from here,
  31. I LOVE IT. Haven't had the chance to work the menu editor yet, as am going
  32. to poll the users as to what they would like to see, but from the docs, it
  33. looks just like what I have hollered that we needed.

  38. I've got the new version up and running and I'm very pleased. I thought
  39. that 2.15 was good, but this one is just so much more flexible. I am more
  40. than satisfied.

  45. I'd just like to take the time to comment that Frank LaRosa outdid himself
  46. again! This new version is fantastic. I've been using it for about 3 weeks
  47. now under beta test... I recommend that if you don't have it, get it, it's
  48. great. And for all Wildcat sysops, look out-- Searchlight is gonna take
  49. over SOON! So you better make the switch while you can!

  60. You have really outdone yourself with SLBBS 2.25. It is, IMHO, the perfect
  61. BBS or pretty darned close to it. It does everything I want it to do,
  62. combines the easiness SLBBS is famous for with the total flexibility I
  63. want; gives me almost all the options and features I as a sysop have ever
  64. wanted, and has the BEST menu editor I have encountered yet. Congrats on a
  65. job well done and thanks for making all my Sysop dreams come true.

  70. Searchlight 2.25 is a major surprise! Even after Frank mentioned the
  71. features it would have, I would have NEVER guessed at its actual POWER
  72. until I witnessed it for myself. Other sysops had called me voice and told
  73. me it was UNBELIEVABLE, but until I had it myself it really didn't faze me
  74. much.

  79. Keep up the good work, SLBBS 2.15 was just great, but 2.25 is something so
  80. good I can't say in english! The closer you look at SL, the better it looks!
