  11. There is company in Albuquerque that offers an expert system that as they say 
  12. "runs under Dos, Unix, ms-windows, I have the dos version and am quite pleased
  13. with it. It's a rule based ssytem and offers dbase interfaces, blackboarding
  14. lotus read/ write and a lot of other neat features.
