  12. Due to the confusion caused by my brief note on the extension for
  13. acceptance of papers for IJCNN 92 Beijing, I am now posting more
  14. detailed information concerning the format of papers and technical
  15. sessions for the conference.  Please accept my apologies if you
  16. sent me email and have not yet received a personal response. -- WRE

  26. Format for paper submissions under the extended call for papers for
  27. IJCNN 92 Beijing, up through July 31, 1992.
  28.  
  29. Six (6) copies (one original and five copies) of the paper are 
  30. required for submission.  Do not fold or staple the original 
  31. camera ready copy.  The paper must be completed within 6 pages,
  32. including figures, tables, and references, and should be written
  33. in English.  Only complete papers will be considered.  There will 
  34. be a charge of $75 per page for papers exceeding 6 pages.  Checks
  35. for over-length charges should be made out to IJCNN 92 and must 
  36. be included with the submitted paper; if the paper is not accepted,
  37. the check will be returned.
  38.  
  39. Papers must be submitted camera-ready on 8-1/2"x11" white paper
  40. with one inch margins on all four sides.  They should be prepared
  41. by typewriter or letter-quality printer in one-column format, 
  42. single-spaced, in Times or similar type style of 10 points or
  43. larger, and printed on one side of the page only.  All text, 
  44. figures, captions, and references must be clean, sharp, readable,
  45. and high contrast.  FAX submissions are not acceptable.

  47. Centered at the top of the first page should be the complete title, 
  48. author name(s), affiliation(s), and mailing address(es).  This is
  49. followed by a blank space and then the abstract, up to 15 lines, 
  50. followed by the text.  In the accompanying letter, the following 
  51. information must be included:
