- Due to the confusion caused by my brief note on the extension for
- acceptance of papers for IJCNN 92 Beijing, I am now posting more
- detailed information concerning the format of papers and technical
- sessions for the conference. Please accept my apologies if you
- sent me email and have not yet received a personal response. -- WRE

- CALL FOR PAPERS

- Format for paper submissions under the extended call for papers for
- IJCNN 92 Beijing, up through July 31, 1992.
-
- Six (6) copies (one original and five copies) of the paper are
- required for submission. Do not fold or staple the original
- camera ready copy. The paper must be completed within 6 pages,
- including figures, tables, and references, and should be written
- in English. Only complete papers will be considered. There will
- be a charge of $75 per page for papers exceeding 6 pages. Checks
- for over-length charges should be made out to IJCNN 92 and must
- be included with the submitted paper; if the paper is not accepted,
- the check will be returned.

- Papers must be submitted camera-ready on 8-1/2"x11" white paper
- with one inch margins on all four sides. They should be prepared
- by typewriter or letter-quality printer in one-column format,
- single-spaced, in Times or similar type style of 10 points or
- larger, and printed on one side of the page only. All text,
- figures, captions, and references must be clean, sharp, readable,
- and high contrast. FAX submissions are not acceptable.

- Centered at the top of the first page should be the complete title,
- author name(s), affiliation(s), and mailing address(es). This is
- followed by a blank space and then the abstract, up to 15 lines,
- followed by the text. In the accompanying letter, the following
- information must be included:

- will be held November 3-6, 1992 (Tutorials on November 1-2), in Beijing,
- China. This conference is intended to provide a forum for dissemination
