  14. If you're possibly interested in self-adaptive fuzzy expert systems 
  15. controllers for time-varying systems, you probably should check out
  16. the proceedings of the IFSA (International Fuzzy Systems Association)
  17. conferences from 1989 through the present.  Each of these has several
  18. papers on such things as self-configuring fuzzy control systems,
  19. using neural network training techniques on fuzzy expert systems, etc.
