- Perhaps Denis has hit his nail on the head. However, as I keep reminding
- him, HE
- DOES NOT SPEAK FOR QUEBEC!! JUST AS I DO NOT SPEAK FOR ONTARIO. He can
- only speak for himself. As I said in a previous message, if for no
- other reason than economic, Quebec must stay in Canada. With EC countries
- give up powers for economic reasons, Denis previous "Aside from economic
- reasons, why should Quebec stay in Canada" comment seems, to say the
- least, backwards.
