  33. Perhaps Denis has hit his nail on the head.  However, as I keep reminding
  34. him, HE
  35. DOES NOT SPEAK FOR QUEBEC!!  JUST AS I DO NOT SPEAK FOR ONTARIO.  He can
  36. only speak for himself.  As I said in a previous message, if for no
  37. other reason than economic, Quebec must stay in Canada.  With EC countries
  38. give up powers for economic reasons, Denis previous "Aside from economic
  39. reasons, why should Quebec stay in Canada" comment seems, to say the
  40. least, backwards.
