- Ahhh... RiceMAIL92 no longer includes/uses the IUCVTRAP package with the
- distribution, however, it is on the VMTools tape and those packages are
- available from the University of Kentucky. (Sorry, but I can't lay
- my computer's hands on exactly the "how I got them" -- ftp or LISTSERV.)

- Anyway, I have the source which includes the CNTRL file which includes
- the selection as to whether you are building for VM/SP or VM/XA.
