  13. in my ethics class yesterday pm, we discussed the responsibility of a
  14. psychologist in terms of warning people in danger after info shared by
  15. a client.  what are your opinions on this hypothetical example?

  17. your client informs you that s/he has tested hiv positive after an
  18. encounter with someone other than the married partner.  the partner is
  19. unaware of the encounter and the test results.  the client seeks help to
  20. deal with the info, but has indicated reluctance to inform the partner at
  21. this time.  what to do?!
