  14. The manual I was looking at is labeled version 2.0. I really don't understand
  15. the history of notabene manuals and versions. Was there a separate 3.0 manual?
  16. 3.1? I know we are supposedly being held up with 4.0 because the documentation
  17. is at the printer.
