- I am happy that I posted the notice about my accidental discovery
- of the use of the CA command with a wildcard (after debating with
- myself whether or not that was a proper use of the list). The
- responses of Dorothy Day and of Allan Needell are bonanzas for
- me. I may not be alone in not having known such useful devices
- for the CA command. Many of my files are named in series
- (b03.txt, b03.frn, b03.cec); heretofore I've been calling each
- one with a complete entry on the command line. Thanks for these
- great time savers. The use of a wildcard pattern with RE is
- really a boon.
