- Subject: Starting VTAM under MVS
- Lines: 19
-
- Is there a way to specify an alternate start list (ATCSTRxx) in
- the VTAM PROC itself, in order to avoid using the rather clumsy syntax
- START VTAM,,,(LIST=xx) in the console start command? I would
- like to set up separate VTAM procs for my test and production
- MVS environments.
-
- I tried EXEC PGM=ISTINM01,PARM='LIST=xx' but that didn't work.
- I've also looked through most of our VTAM documentation (_Innumerable
- _Bulky _Manuals!) but found nothing helpful.
