  12.   We are having a recurring problem on an MVS/ESA 3.1.3 system running
  13. as a V=F machine under VM/XA 2.1
  14.  
  15.   The main problem is Response time.  All we see under SMART on
  16. VM is the %CP under Display ULOG shooting up.  Normally < 10%, it
  17. goes up to 20% and beyond (upto 60%)
  18.  
  19.   Any hints as to what might be causing this on the MVS machine?
