  14. Here at Birmingham University we have the Telephone Directory on our CIS.
  15. You can select all the numbers associated with a Department using the GET
  16. command. having got this you can then select a name using the GET command.
  17. Thus you can get sub-sets (of sub-sets etc) and either browse or email
  18. yourself a copy. Thus you can get a Departmental Telephone Directory.
  19. Only one slight snag; you have to establish the way in which your department
  20. is shown. Long names get chopped about a bit (tho it's consistent throughout)
  21. in a way which isn't entirely obvious.
