  12.     I would like to know if anyone has a policy concerning what type of
  13.     information can be sent within the confines of your
  14.     business/university using e-mail.   We have been using e-mail for
  15.     almost two years but do not have a policy in affect.  With more and
  16.     more users being added we have begun to experience some problems with
  17.     personal messages (e.g.  wife having a baby, happy 40th, etc.) being
  18.     sent to everyone using e-mail.

  20.     We do not want to eliminate the ability of being able to send messages
  21.     to everyone because most of the messages are strictly business oriented
  22.     and informative.  It is also not our intentions of eliminating personal
  23.     messages between users.  ALL-IN-1 is our e-mail system.
