- On the the strength of the above post, I had the engine of
- my '70 240Z engine rebuilt by Noel. The results were just amazing.
- He did an excellent job and the car is now a real screamer.
- I had him do a super-deluxe rebuild using a 2.8 litre block, which
- in this case meant bored, blueprinted, balanced, bigger valves, cams,
- etc., resulting in a 2.9 litre Z car.
-
- Anyway, the result was a tractable 200+ horsepower fire-breather.
- Needless to say, I am very pleased with the results.
- So thanks for the tip, Grant (wherever you are...). I can
- certainly second the recommendation.

- P.S. Noel also did my suspension, brakes and clutch for a very
- reasonable amount. He appears to prefer engine work best,
- though in my conversations with him, I get the feeling that
- building reliable, high output V8's is his favorite activity.
- I too have no relationship with Noel, other than as a
- satisfied customer.
