  23. Mole (moe-LAY) is based on *cocoa,* not chocolate.  It also has other
  24. stuff in it, and it's not a chocolate sauce.  There's a killer Mexican
  25. restaurant in Mountain View called La Fiesta that serves some really
  26. good mole dishes.
