  23. Unfortunately, on the net, quite frequently the name of a newsgroup also
  24. serves as its definition.  Most people (at least in the future) will
  25. subscribe and even post to the group based only on its name.  They will
  26. not read the charter; they will not read the FAQ, they will not read the
  27. administrivia.  Just the name.  This is a case where the name, to a
  28. large degree, does determine the content.

  30. Yes, it is more important to get this group on the rec.models hierarchy
  31. than it is to quibble over the name, but it is important to get it named
  32. right.  Or else we get to do this whole thing over again at some point
  33. in the future.  I will certainly vote *FOR* the group, no matter what it
  34. winds up being called.
