- It seems to me that the best way to measure a server's usage would be to just
- report it's average number of connections, to both servers and clients. If
- we want to be fair to hubs, we could say that a server connection is worth
- twice (an arbitrary number ...) as much as a client connection.

- This wouldn't even be terribly difficult to measure, as a bot could be written
- that just does a /lusers <servername> for every server every, say 10 minutes,
- and writes this information to a file, which we then analyze ... Maybe if I
- get bored I'll write such a bot ... (kudos to the ircII writers, for making
- such a versatile little client/language ...)
