- Well, it's hard to see how you computed the "efficiency" number, but
- it seems to be a ratio of outgoing bytes over incoming bytes? If so,
- you've got a measure that rewards hubs for passing around lots of
- overhead more than rewarding leaves that are serving lots of users. It
- is a good start for a measure because it gives a low score to servers
- that have no users and are not hubs. But people should keep in mind
- the limitations of this method.
