  13. The Mandelbrot set (for z^2+c) ends on the left at c=-2.
  14. No part of the set is to the left of this, but there are
  15. islands of the M-set as close as you like to the right of this.
  16. c=-2 itself belongs to the M-set; the corresponding Julia set is
  17. a simple closed interval.
