-
- Yes.
-
- Back in 1983 when I purchased my 1701 monitor, it came with a 5-pin DIN
- to dual RCA cable that plugged into my VIC-20 and the front (composite
- & audio) inputs on the 1701.
-
- However, an examination of the pinout of the video jack on the VIC-20
- reveals both "video hi" and "video lo" outputs. I assume one this refers
- to high and low impedance, and that one is for use only with the
- modulator, while the other is for use for standard baseband composite
- video output. I would have to find the old cable that came with my 1701
- and buzz it out with a multimeter to tell you which it used.
