  27. I had earlier answered the same question for someone else by 
  28. referring them to Software Support Intl. (800) 356-1179, but then I 
  29. checked and found it was no longer in their catalog. However, the
  30. person I referred to them e-mailed me back and said he called them 
  31. and they indeed to have the cables in stock. As I remember, they 
  32. don't have a minimum order, but do have a fixed order charge that
  33. is fairly steep for small orders. Don't rely on my memory, though. 
  34. Call and find out.
