Random Vic20 suggestions: don't forget that TPUG *might* still have Vic20
stuff. They are likely wondering what to do with it, too. I assume what
they have or had is legitimate stuff. Someone ought to contact TPUG's
leadership, and see if they'd like to put their Vic20 software and stuff
up at an FTP site, accessible to all. Just a thought...
Two Vic20 sites already exist that I'm aware of, (ftp.funet.fi and
ftp.hrz.uni-kassel.de) and one person (Sarah at ftp.demon.co.uk) has
talked about making a web page or some such. Might be a good time to
coordinate some efforts, get some people together, and so on. (But
remember, I'm going off the net soon; sorry, but its just a suggestion I'm
making, not an offer to do it.)
Good luck! If I ever drop by the net again, I'll be interested to see if
all this current interest in Vic20 stuff goes anywhere. Remember, (if any
legit companies care), that I'm perfectly willing and definitely able to
help with this historical stuff, but only if I'm given legal permission,
and a fair incentive to do the work!
Later, all!
