  3. On the basis of the information made available by you to the Canadian

  5. Forces at this time, you have been found suitable for a conditional offer of

  7. enrolment.  This offer of enrolment is subject to the following:  You must 
  8. --- RECORDSEPARATOR ---
  9. 1)  meet Canadian Forces medical standards and citizenship requirements; 
  10. --- RECORDSEPARATOR ---
  11. 2)  consent to and be able to meet the current reliability and/or security 
  12. --- RECORDSEPARATOR ---
  13.      assessment requirements of the Canadian Forces; 
  14. --- RECORDSEPARATOR ---
  15. 3)  possess sufficient military potential as assessed by a Recruiting Officer 
  16. --- RECORDSEPARATOR ---
  17.       in accordance with current recruiting standards; 
  18. --- RECORDSEPARATOR ---
  19. 4)  accept assignment to and employment in a military occupation for which 
  20. --- RECORDSEPARATOR ---
  21.      you meet all requirements and in which there is a vacancy.
