  10. -Make sure you have DMAGIC wheel mod.
  11. - Replace any 4-door sedan (preferably washington).
  12. -Use imgEd and open gta3.img and replace the desired dff file then replace the desired txd file
  13. -open default.ide and make sure it set on 249 (for wheel mod) and the wheel size is  0.83
  14. -open Handling.cfg and use this line:
