Vice City Instruction

-Make sure you have DMAGIC wheel mod.
- Replace any 4-door sedan (preferably washington).
-Use imgEd and open gta3.img and replace the desired dff file then replace the desired txd file
-open default.ide and make sure it set on 249 (for wheel mod) and the wheel size is  0.83
-open Handling.cfg and use this line:
