  3. GRADE  MANAGER  is  a   useful  managing  utility  that
  4. provides a fast,  easy-to-learn, extremely flexible and
  5. highly  structured  tool  for  storing,  assigning, and
  6. analyzing your students' grades.

  8. This program  was written in Visual  Basic 3.0 and will
  9. run under Windows 3.x and Windows 95.

  14. INSTALLATION AND SETUP
  15.  
  16. 1.  Start Windows.
  17. 2.  Open the Program Manager.
  18. 3.  From the File menu, choose Run.
  19. 4.  In the Command Line type one of the following:
  20.     -  If the software is on a diskette, type A:SETUP
  21.        (assuming your floppy drive is A:).
  22.     -  If the extracted software is on the hard disk,
  23.         type C:\DIRECTORY\SETUP (where DIRECTORY is
  24.         the actual directory that holds the software
  25.         files).
  26. 5.  Choose OK.
  27. 6.  Follow the prompts.
