OVERVIEW

GRADE  MANAGER  is  a   useful  managing  utility  that
provides a fast,  easy-to-learn, extremely flexible and
highly  structured  tool  for  storing,  assigning, and
analyzing your students' grades.

This program  was written in Visual  Basic 3.0 and will
run under Windows 3.x and Windows 95.

INSTALLATION AND SETUP

1.  Start Windows.
2.  Open the Program Manager.
3.  From the File menu, choose Run.
4.  In the Command Line type one of the following:
    -  If the software is on a diskette, type A:SETUP
       (assuming your floppy drive is A:).
    -  If the extracted software is on the hard disk,
        type C:\DIRECTORY\SETUP (where DIRECTORY is
        the actual directory that holds the software
        files).
5.  Choose OK.
6.  Follow the prompts.

This   is  a   SHAREWARE  version   of  GRADE  MANAGER.
Therefore, it may be distributed freely.

You may use it for 30  days. If after 30 days you would
like  to continue  using  GRADE  MANAGER then  you must
purchase a registered version.
