  2. BiCat - BitmapCatalog v2.61
  3. A utility for viewing, storing and cataloging small image files (glyphs).
  4.  
  5. To install this program, just place Bicat files in a directory and 
  6. create a short cut to bicat.exe.
  7.  
  8.  
  9. Notes:
  10.   - All added images are stored in ONE file: bicat.dat
  11.     BiCat saves disk space by storing all your BMP/ICO/EMF/WMF files 
  12.     in a database
  13.   - Lists of topics and bitmaps' names are stored in bicat.lst
  14.   - All added bitmaps are compressed
  15.   - Deleted bitmaps remove from bicat.dat when program closes or when 
  16.     Save button pressed
  17.   - Use Shift-key & up/down arrows to select several files in Open dialog
  18.   - Use Explorer drag&drop to add bitmaps
  19.   - Double click in preview window shows full view window

  23.   - you'll became registered user of BiCat and get registration code
  24.     to unlock the shareware version
  25.   - access to more BiCat features
  26.   - more than 2000 glyphs (bitmaps and icons)

  32. Keys:
  33.   CTRL-TAB       Switch between left and right list
  34.   INSERT/SPACE   Select topic or bitmap
  35.   NUM +          Select all
  36.   NUM -          Deselect all
  37.   F2             Save changes

  40. How to Register?
  41.   Run the registration application that came with BiCat. 
  42.   It lets you pay with VISA, American Express, Master Card, check, cash, 
  43.   First Virtual and invoice.

  46. After Getting Registration Code:
  47.   After receiving your registration information (name and code) you need 
  48.   to enter it into BiCat. Once the registration information is entered 
  49.   the program is registered to you. To enter your registration information 
  50.   take the following steps:
  51.  
  52.    - Click 'Reg' Toolbar button. The Register dialog will show up. 
  53.    - Type in your name and registration code EXACTLY the way they appear in 
  54.      the letter you received. Use the same capitalization as in the letter. 
  55.    - After the registration information in entered, press the OK button. 
  56.      If your data was entered correctly, BiCat is registered to the name 
  57.      you entered. The 'Reg' button will be hidden and your name will be 
  58.      displayed in the About box. You are now the lawful owner of the program.

  61.   v2.61 - Fixed a bug when saving group images
  62.   v2.6  - Removed flicker effects
  63.         - Added an extra images in the shareware package
  64.         - Other some minor changes
  65.   v2.5  - Added portuguese language support. See 'Lang' key in BiCat.ini
