BiCat - BitmapCatalog v2.61
A utility for viewing, storing and cataloging small image files (glyphs).

To install this program, just place Bicat files in a directory and 
create a short cut to bicat.exe.


Notes:
  - All added images are stored in ONE file: bicat.dat
    BiCat saves disk space by storing all your BMP/ICO/EMF/WMF files 
    in a database
  - Lists of topics and bitmaps' names are stored in bicat.lst
  - All added bitmaps are compressed
  - Deleted bitmaps remove from bicat.dat when program closes or when 
    Save button pressed
  - Use Shift-key & up/down arrows to select several files in Open dialog
  - Use Explorer drag&drop to add bitmaps
  - Double click in preview window shows full view window


When you register, you will get:
  - you'll became registered user of BiCat and get registration code
    to unlock the shareware version
  - access to more BiCat features
  - more than 2000 glyphs (bitmaps and icons)
  - free updates
  - free new versions
  - free 16-bit BiCat v1.02


Keys:
  CTRL-TAB       Switch between left and right list
  INSERT/SPACE   Select topic or bitmap
  NUM +          Select all
  NUM -          Deselect all
  F2             Save changes 


How to Register?
  Run the registration application that came with BiCat. 
  It lets you pay with VISA, American Express, Master Card, check, cash, 
  First Virtual and invoice.


After Getting Registration Code:
  After receiving your registration information (name and code) you need 
  to enter it into BiCat. Once the registration information is entered 
  the program is registered to you. To enter your registration information 
  take the following steps:

   - Click 'Reg' Toolbar button. The Register dialog will show up. 
   - Type in your name and registration code EXACTLY the way they appear in 
     the letter you received. Use the same capitalization as in the letter. 
   - After the registration information in entered, press the OK button. 
     If your data was entered correctly, BiCat is registered to the name 
     you entered. The 'Reg' button will be hidden and your name will be 
     displayed in the About box. You are now the lawful owner of the program.

  v2.5  - Added portuguese language support. See 'Lang' key in BiCat.ini
