  7. This is a tiny program which causes windows to appear to expand
  8. when they open, rather than just appearing.

  13. Move the program to a folder on your hard disk, and load it up

  18. This program is in one of two categories:

  20.  1) It is FREEWARE. You may use it, rip it appart, do whatever you
  21.     want with it, but don't come running to me if it breaks.

  23.  2) it can also be IDIOTWARE. If you wish the program to be idiotware,
  24.     simply send me a cheque or postal order for ú100. Appart from the
  25.     fee, idiotware is the same as freeware.
