This is a tiny program which causes windows to appear to expand
when they open, rather than just appearing.


Getting Started
---------------
Move the program to a folder on your hard disk, and load it up


Copyrights/Restrictions

This program is in one of two categories:

 1) It is FREEWARE. You may use it, rip it appart, do whatever you
    want with it, but don't come running to me if it breaks.

 2) it can also be IDIOTWARE. If you wish the program to be idiotware,
    simply send me a cheque or postal order for £100. Appart from the
    fee, idiotware is the same as freeware.
