  8.   Lhasa, pronounced like combination of words 'lash' and 'sir', is a
  9. Windows95 program to extract Lha archived files (extension *.lzh) and Zip
  10. files.
  11.   Files may be extracted by dragging and dropping files from the File Manager.
  12.  If a short cut to Lhasa is defined on a Windows95 desktop, a file may be
  13. dragged and dropped to this short cut.

  35. Installation ****************************************************************
  36.   Execute the archive file, LHASA010.EXE, from the File Manager or
  37. MS Explorer.
  38.   Specify the directory to extract the archive file. Lhasa will self-extract
  39. to the specified directory.

  41. How to Use ******************************************************************
  42.   WindowsNT3.51 users
  43.      To set default directory to extract files:
  44.         - Select Lhasa icon from the desktop.
  45.         - Specify directory to extract file when a system menu prompts for
  46.           'extract to' directory.
  47.           Files dragged and dropped to Lhasa icon will extract to this
  48.           directory.
  49.  
  50.      To create directory when extracting files:
  51.         - Click the left mouse button on the Lhasa icon.
  52.         - Check [Create Directory] option.
  53.           Files will be extracted to a directory that is created with a name
  54.           of the archive file without the file extension.
  55.  
  56.      If you are going to run Lhasa from a program launcher:
  57.         - Click the left mouse button on the Lhasa icon.
  58.         - Uncheck [Stay Resident] option.
  59.           Please also read Command line section for further details.
  60.   Windows95/NT4.0 users
  61.      Please create a short cut to Lhasa or place Lhasa directly on a desktop.

  63.      Lhasa will prompt for directory to extract files and optional parameters
  64.      if no file name is specified.
  65.  
  66.      After specifying extraction directory, drop archive files to extract.
  67.  
  68.      It is recommended to create a desktop of a directory to extract files
  69.      and set option to create folder for each file.

  72.      To open folder after extracting files:
  73.         - Click the left mouse button on the Lhasa icon.
  74.         - Check [Open after extract] option.

  76.   Command line options
  77.      When activating Lhasa from a program launcher, settings may be changed
  78.      temporary by specifying the following parameters with LHASA.EXE
  79.        Parameter            Description
  80.         -d(destination)     extract files to directory specified by
  81.                             (destination)
  82.         -a                  create directory when extracting files
  83.                             (same as checking Create Directory option)
  84.         -a-                 extract files to default directory
  85.                             (same as unchecking Create Directory option)
  86.         -s                  Lhasa will stay resident after extracting files
  87.                             (same as checking Stay Resident option)
  88.         -s-                 Close Lhasa after extracting files
  89.                             (same as unchecking Stay Resident option)
